The vision of The Well Christian Ministry:
Just as Jesus encountered the woman at “The Well” in Sychar (John 4)- that is what we hope to accomplish also as a church- “The Well” in Morristown:
-Meet people outside of the church walls- met people where they are- at "The Well"
-Cross over racial, social and religious barriers to meet with them
-Accept people as they are, but help them to become all that God intends them to be
-Deal with their physical needs as well as their spiritual needs
-Speak to them about eternal life
-Deal with their choices that lead to broken relationships in their lives
-Involved them in ministry right away (so that they, too, will become “waterbearers” for Jesus)
